I got my parts shipped to store in a timely manner but the girls behind the counter seemed kinda clueless, probably due to lack of training.

Ordered a multiple of a product they do not keep in stock, being delivered to my RV park.

Pre ordered parts with online access. Picked up parts at store. Very good customer service.

I had quite possibly the worst experience at a supply store. The guy that was "helping" me barely knew what how to use a computer first off. I was trying to find a washer/gasket for a tankless water heater service disconnect. And he just types washer into the search and started scrolling. I told him size and type of water heater service valve and he didn't even think to get a service valve to compare or measure or do anything. He didn't even look up the size of the washer I asked and just typed washer and couldn't even see what was on the center of the page. I was constantly teaching him where to go to check for sizes. Absolutely embarrassing for someone who works in this store. I will never ever return.

Great store for industrial tools and safety equipment. It's mostly for commercial businesses but we got some tools and safety equipment. Very helpful staff.
